For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Headwaiter to join the MarBella team in Corfu. 

The Role 

As a Headwaiter, you will play an important role in delivering warm, knowledgeable and professional service that reflects MarBella's high standards. 

Working closely with the outlet team, you will guide colleagues, support daily operations and help ensure a seamless experience for every guest, from arrival to departure. 

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like: 

• You confidently serve guests according to brand standards, always looking for ways to go above and beyond their expectations. 

• You have a full understanding of the brand concept, history and vision, and can explain it confidently when asked. 

• You have completed basic food hygiene training and always work in a safe and hygienic manner. 

• You communicate any out-of-stock items and inform your manager when stock is running low. 

• You actively engage with colleagues and guests. 

• You bring any issues to your manager's or team leader's attention immediately. 

• You make simple decisions that positively affect your own work or the guest experience. 

• You work as part of a team, contributing ideas whenever helpful. 

• You have full knowledge of all products and confidently describe them to guests. 

• You confidently take guest orders, asking all relevant questions. 

• You ensure all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per the daily checklists. 

• You complete all required checklists on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the outlet. 

Is This You? 

Essential qualifications: 

• Previous professional experience in an equivalent five-star hotel or restaurant. 

• Previous experience working with POS systems. 

• Excellent command of English or any additional languages will be considered an asset. 

• Good knowledge of food, wines and spirits. 

• A good communicator who is responsible, organised and able to manage time and work well under pressure. 

• Ability to multitask, with a strong sales approach. 

Additional qualifications – a plus: 

• Graduate of a Hospitality and Tourism School.
