About this opportunity

As our Head of Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our supply chain from Asia into our EU, UK and US warehouse network, driving operational excellence to support our ambitious growth plans.

You'll lead our entire supply chain operations from sourcing of raw materials and our cosmetic products to final delivery of orders at our customers’ door step. You ensure smooth procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes via air and sea shipments (incl. import) to our warehouses and efficient delivery to our B2C and B2B customers. If you're a strong Operations leader, passionate about building efficient and scalable processes and enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including demand planning, procurement/manufacturing, logistics and import, fulfilment, last mile, and inter-warehouse transfers.

• Develop and implement strategies that improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen reliability and agility as the business scales.

• Own demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability while keeping inventory levels lean.

• Oversee global logistics operations, optimising shipping modes from Asia and import flows into the EU, UK, and US.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers; negotiate contracts and favourable terms, and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to support scalability and product innovation.

• Leverage our ERP system and forecasting & planning tools to drive continuous process improvement, while working with Product Development on sustainability, packaging, and supply chain innovation.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration, and align supply chain strategy with Product Development, Marketing, and Finance.

Your profile:

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, ideally within beauty, consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce, including 3+ years leading operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven expertise across inventory management, demand forecasting, global procurement, and international logistics.

• Track record of scaling supply chain operations in a high-growth, demand-volatile environment.

• Proficient in ERP systems and specialised SCM tools for forecasting and planning, while still comfortable running ad-hoc analyses in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams and secure buy-in from adjacent functions.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with international suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
