At Inventi, we build payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers. Our payments platform connects customers to direct SEPA, SWIFT, T2 and other payment systems through a single API. 

We're looking for a Head of Sales to own our sales strategy, lead the team, and drive the next stage of our B2B growth across Europe - reporting directly to our Co-Founder.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and own Inventi's sales strategy: target segments, priorities, team targets and quarterly OKRs.
• Lead, coach and develop the Go-to-Market team, setting clear goals, performance expectations and an incentive plan that rewards results.
• Own the new-business and account-growth pipelines, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Support the team in complex sales cycles, from qualification and deal strategy to closing and expansion.
• Improve sales processes, CRM discipline and handoffs across Sales, Account Management and Marketing.
• Work closely with Product, Compliance and leadership, bringing customer and market insights into decisions.

About you:

• 5+ years experience in B2B sales and at least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team with accountability for revenue results.
• Experience selling to regulated financial institutions.
• You have built or significantly shaped a sales strategy and can show measurable outcomes.
• You take ownership of outcomes, spot problems early and adjust the plan when results are off track.
• You're still close to deals, and you also know how to develop people and drive results through a team.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Lithuanian is an advantage.
• A working understanding of marketing (positioning, demand and inbound generation) would be an advantage.
