The company is building its Brazil entity, a Central Bank-regulated entity, and is hiring the statutory officer who will run its operations, partnerships and product execution from day one.

Clients integrate once via API for collections, FX and pay-outs, with stablecoins moving value between local rails behind the scenes. The team passed $40B in volume with about 65 people, and works by three values: Velocity, Trust & Ownership, and Respect.

Why Brazil, Why Now

Brazil is the world's largest stablecoin market and has just become one of the most clearly regulated, and the company's Brazil entity is being built for that regime from scratch.

• No. 1 market. Brazil ranked first in the Chainalysis 2026 Global Crypto Adoption Index, with a $252.5B crypto economy.

• Payments, not trading. Roughly 90% of Brazil's crypto flows are stablecoin-related: supplier payments, remittances and treasury. That is the company's core business.

• The rules are written. BCB Resolutions 519, 520 and 521 took effect on 2 Feb 2026, creating a license for virtual-asset providers and treating stablecoin cross-border flows as FX.

• A founding moment. Most players are retrofitting to comply. The company is designing its Brazil entity properly from day one, with a live global platform and BRL already a working corridor.

The Role

You will run the engine room of the Brazil entity: every Pix, every settlement, every BaaS integration, on a platform that settles 98% of flows in under an hour.

This is one of four statutory officer seats that together form the founding leadership team of the Brazil entity, alongside the General Manager, the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and the Head of Technology & Cybersecurity. You will hold a named BCB portfolio, Diretor Responsável por Operações e Parcerias, with personal accountability to the Banco Central do Brasil for asset segregation, provider oversight and operations.

The seat combines product, operations and partnerships. That matters at a company whose competitive edge is operational speed: you will shape how the product works in Brazil, not only keep it running.

What You'll Own

• Asset segregation & safeguarding. Enforce segregation of client and proprietary funds under BCB Res. 520 (Arts. 28–31), and oversee daily automated on-chain and off-chain reconciliation and named payment account flows.

• BaaS & banking partners. Own operational relationships and SLA monitoring with local BaaS and banking partners, and with institutional OTC liquidity providers.

• Operational execution. Run daily settlement and Pix/fiat flows, client onboarding (CDD/KYC) and Travel Rule (IVMS 101) data transmission.

• Customer protection & Ouvidoria. Oversee customer service, disclosures and complaint escalation under BCB Res. 155/2021.

• Product in Brazil. Partner with global Product and Engineering to adapt the platform to local rails, regulation and client needs, and shape the Brazil roadmap.

• Team building. Hire and lead the local operations and partnerships team as the entity scales.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• Brazilian resident with an unblemished reputation (reputação ilibada), eligible for BCB officer approval (UNICAD)

• 7+ years in payment operations, BaaS management, or crypto/FX operations in Brazil

• Hands-on ownership of Pix/SPI operations, settlement and balance reconciliation, including handling failures end to end

• Experience managing banking or BaaS partners and their API integrations under SLA

• Working knowledge of BCB Res. 520 asset segregation rules

• Fluent Portuguese and English; you'll work daily with a global team

Nice-to-haves

• Experience at a payment institution, VASP, bank or cross-border FX player

• Exposure to stablecoin or on-chain settlement

• Product ownership: roadmap, API or flow design, not only execution

• Prior statutory officer or regulator-facing role
