PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

This person accountable for:
Product Research & Product Monitoring
- Responsibility to product concept and assess the requirements for new products based on the market needs in cooperation with Distribution and Sales Force to ensure conformity to requirement and fitness for use, and final approval from Product Committee to invest in the developed product.
- To recommend the product design including indicative pricing for Distribution and Exco and ensuring the product competitiveness from stakeholder point of view.
- Improving our product range and keeping the product range up to date with the new trends in the life insurance market and technology
Product Development
- Resume responsibility to manage end-to-end product development process, starting from pre-launch until post-launch (including product monitoring)
- Reinsurance negotiation and finalize the treaty
- Actively monitoring and in-dept discussion with Distribution on the root cause / issues and proposed actions for improving.
Others
- Resume responsibility on the product report to Group Office, the Product Committee Meeting (PMC), Product Approval Review (PAR) to Group Office,
- Resume responsibility in updating and compliance with the relevant product regulation and Group Office policy to the overall product development process
