• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with corporate objectives and business targets across all business lines.
• Collaborate with business unit and sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and solutions.
• Manage and control the consolidated marketing budget across business lines to ensure effective resource allocation and measurable returns.
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Develop demand generation and lead nurturing programs to generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
• Lead brand management, including brand architecture, visual identity, brand guidelines, value propositions, and key messaging across business lines and customer touchpoints.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and content across digital, social media, website, SEO/SEM, email, advertising, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, webinars, product launches, and industry engagements to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
• Provide sales enablement materials and strategic marketing insights to support sales effectiveness and business growth.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and channel initiatives to expand market reach and monitor partner performance.
• Establish marketing KPIs, monitor campaign performance and ROI, and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear objectives and development plans to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with strong B2B marketing exposure.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably managing multi-segment marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, brand management, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of market and customer insights, strategic partnerships, and channel marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and demand generation programs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, innovation, and adaptability.
