    • Lead the facilities and property portfolio across South Africa and Rest of Africa.
    • Establish and implement a consistent regional facilities management framework.
    • Define workplace standards, operating procedures, and service-level expectations across all locations.

  • Property & Portfolio Management
    • Manage leases, landlord relationships, renewals, acquisitions, and exits across the regional property portfolio.
    • Lead property-related governance and compliance activities.
    • Oversee workplace planning, office design standards, and fit-out requirements.
    • Ensure all sites remain fit for purpose and aligned to business objectives.
  • Johannesburg Office Relocation (2026)
    • Serve as the senior facilities lead responsible for the Johannesburg office relocation project.
    • Partner closely with project teams and key stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation phases.
    • Establish workplace, facilities, wellness, and service standards to be replicated across the region.
    • Deliver the project on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.

    • Coordinate facilities readiness and workplace setup activities for new market launches.
    • Manage local supplier engagement through a centralised facilities governance framework.
    • Ensure consistency in workplace standards across all new locations.
  • Financial & Asset Management
    • Own regional facilities budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
    • Manage facilities-related capital and operational expenditure.
