Commercial Strategy & Business Planning

• Lead annual business planning, rolling forecast, and commercial performance review.
• Drive channel and brand performance analysis across Sell-in, Depletion, Sell-out, and Inventory.
• Support Sales Director on strategic commercial decisions and resource allocation.

Commercial Governance & Alignment

• Lead commercial governance process across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams.
• Ensure alignment of KPI definitions, forecasting assumptions, and commercial reporting standards.

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)

• Establish KPI framework, target setting, incentive design, and sales performance tracking.
• Improve field force productivity and territory/resource optimization.
• Lead CRM governance and commercial process standardization.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Oversee Power BI dashboards, reporting automation, and data governance.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Finance, Sales, and Marketing systems.
• Translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Commercial Transformation & Project Management

• Lead commercial transformation initiatives including process optimization, reporting automation, and system enhancement.
• Drive E2E reporting and data automation to improve commercial decision-making efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Develop team capability in analytics, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
• Build a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Coach team members on prioritization and stakeholder management.
