About this H145 Programs Quality Assurance role at Airbus
Job Description:
Program Quality main roles and responsibilities are the following ones:
Management of customer quality complains and official non conformities.
Management of day-to-day quality issues with OOSS (Official Services)
Lead quality topics in Aircrafts belonging to Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.
Concession management, signature and follow-up
Lead Concession Board with customers and OOSS
Answer to OOSS questions (technical)
Minor Incident Management and follow-up
Identify risks, difficulties and non-quality issues and inform of them to the Program
Treatment of Quality remarks from OOSS acceptance process
Delivery Documentation management (before official analysis)
CoC / Certificate of Conformity fulfilment and signature
Permit to Fly management with Airworthiness Authority.
Support to Program’s Aircrafts deliveries in Quality topics
Prepare, harmonize and release the local QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans)
Monthly KPI´s
Act as official interface between AHE and NQAR
To support SpNQAR on GQAs (Governmental Quality Assurance) delegation proposals
To support Programs in quality topics
Training / experience:
Desirable: Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering Degree
Aeronautical experience: Minimum 3 years
Knowledge in EASA Regulation
Knowledge in Military Aeronautical Regulation
Knowledge in Civil and Military aeronautical standards
8D/Practical problem solving
KPIs definition, management and analysis
Soft skills
o Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties
o Capacity to analyze problems objectively and to propose solutions in a synthetic way
o Open minded and teamwork skills
o Good communication skills
o Autonomous decision criteria
o Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary and international environment,
o Welcome problems and Costomer oriented
IT Tools
MS Office (knowledge in VBA would be a plus)
Google Suite
Languages
Advance Spanish
Advance English
French and/or German desirable
Other languages would be a plus
