What you will do:
- Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation.
- Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
- Assisting valet parking service upon guest’s request on vehicle parking, retrieval.
- Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Providing arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
- Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance.
- Assist overnight MOD with guests' requests.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
