About the Role
Toast IQ Grow is an all-in-one growth and lifecycle solution designed to help restaurants attract more guests, keep them coming back, and increase revenue without adding extra work for operators. Delivering this value involves a complex mix of product, systems, operations and more.
The IQ Grow Flex team owns the top of the Toast IQ Grow funnel - everything from sale close to first campaign. We're building the AI-powered context, onboarding and activation layer that compresses time-to-value, captures restaurant context and removes human bottlenecks from the path to go-live.
This is a growth PM role. You'll start deep in onboarding, but the mandate is broader: find the leverage points across Guest products where product investment can drive direct business impact at scale.
A day in the life (Responsibilities)
- Drive business growth, however you see fit: the mandate is outcome-oriented, but the tactics are up to the PM. Come in, identify and pursue the next high-impact bets.
- Own restaurant context: Build tools that help Marketing Managers and AI Agents capture, synthesize, and act on restaurant context faster.
- Drive onboarding efficiency: Reduce human dependency and compress time-to-live through product.
- Drive activation and product value: Own the metrics that matter: time-to-first-campaign, feature adoption rates, and early retention signals. Identify what drives sustained usage, instrument the funnel, and partner with internal teams to experiment.

What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)
- 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience in a growth environment
- Comfort with ambiguity: this is a new team with a big mandate and room to shape direction
- Strong cross-functional instincts: you'll work across eng, design, ops, onboarding and multiple product teams
- Interest in AI/agentic products: you don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious
- Bias to ship: we move fast and learn from live products

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
