The Director, MA-OTC Growth Platform is accountable for the strategy, business case development, execution, and performance of Haleon's U.S. MA-OTC business as a scalable enterprise growth platform. This leader translates consumer, customer, category, and financial insights into clear business choices, mobilizes cross-functional teams, and delivers sustainable sales, market share, and profitability growth.
This role serves as the strategic integrator across commercial, marketing, medical, and operational functions, ensuring the platform delivers both short-term performance and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, benefit-plan dynamics, category economics, and customer requirements to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Create a single, integrated platform plan that connects brand, portfolio, media, shopper, customer, innovation, and partnership choices.
- Own annual business planning and long-range planning for the platform, including assumptions, investment requirements, financial returns, and resource choices.
- Lead senior stakeholder alignment and decision-making through concise, fact-based recommendations and compelling executive storytelling.
- Ensure high-quality in-market execution, clear ownership, milestone discipline, and accountability for business results.
- Build a learning agenda and measurement plan that connects media effectiveness, retailer performance, sales lift, incrementality, and ROI without double counting.
- Continuously scan for shifts in consumer behavior, customer priorities, regulation, competition, and technology, translating change into practical action.

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Salary range: $187,946 - $ 258,426 USD annually plus an annual bonus.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, commercial strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience developing growth strategies and translating where-to-play and how-to-win choices into executable plans.
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including P&L management, forecasting, business cases, ROI, and multi-year planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- People-management experience with a track record of coaching talent and building team capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a cross-category, portfolio, customer, or enterprise growth platform.
- Experience across retail, shopper, digital commerce, media, consumer insights, partnerships, or healthcare-related channels.
- Comfort operating in an evolving market with multiple data sources, complex stakeholders, and high visibility.
