About this Growth Marketing Manager role at Weight Watchers
WeightWatchers is a global digital health company.
WeightWatchers is a global digital health company and the world’s #1 doctor-recommended, clinically studied behavioral weight health program. For sixty years, we have led the industry by blending science and community to help millions of people build sustainable healthy habits.
As the science of weight health rapidly evolves, so does WeightWatchers. We are redefining the category by developing new clinical pathways for GLP-1 medication access, creating specialized behavioral programs for members on weight-loss medications, and integrating medical care with our proven habit-change framework. By combining these clinical breakthroughs with our digital-first community, we are uniquely positioned to lead the future of weight health care.
About the role
This is a full-funnel paid media generalist role on our US Growth team, for someone who builds. You will own paid media across all channels and build the AI-driven tooling that runs it. We are a small, high-autonomy team, so you will carry real budget and real decisions early. The two areas we weight most heavily are growth marketing management and AI-native building.
What you will do
- Growth marketing management. Own hands-on management and optimization across all paid media channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic and native, and affiliate. You have run these yourself and managed agency partners against them, and you can own the full mix.
- Paid social and Meta. We weight paid social heaviest of the channels, and Meta most of all: you run it in-platform yourself and have scaled creator and UGC content against it, as we bring more of paid social in-house over time.
- AI-native building. Build automated workflows, reports, dashboards, and processes with AI tooling. You use it to eliminate manual work and to create things that did not exist before, and you want to do a lot more of it.
- Analytics. Turn data analysis into business strategy, not just charts. Partner closely with the analytics team to get from numbers to decisions.
- Creative strategy and process management. Use data to brief new creative, spot trends across our own and competitor creative, and partner with the creative strategy team to streamline the process and ship winning ads.
- Growth product. Drive paid media CRO and A/B testing, and help build new features. Partner with the product team to make it happen.
- Marketing technology and operations. Own the operational backbone: billing and invoicing, workflow management, contracting, and the campaign trafficking and tagging discipline that keeps attribution clean.
- Budget management and forecasting. Pace to budget, plan spend across channels and markets, and partner with finance on forecast versus actual.
- Vendor and partner management. Manage agency, platform, and affiliate partner relationships, including contracts, fees, and performance.
- Presentation and speaking skills. Communicate strategy clearly, to the team and to leadership.
What you bring
- 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on management of multiple paid channels
- A track record of building automations, tools, dashboards, or workflows. Come ready to show what you have made
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools (spreadsheets at a high level, SQL a plus, BI tools like Looker or Amplitude)
- Experience managing budgets and agency or vendor relationships
- A clear communicator who can present strategy to leadership
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. We move fast and course-correct in the open
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
