Job Summary

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation. This is a highly execution-focused role suited for a technically skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with developers to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels
Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings
Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements
Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance
Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in website optimization, UX, and CRO
Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices
Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Webflow
Familiarity with Airtable
