Job Role: Growth Marketing & AI Specialist

Compensation range: ₱40,000 monthly base compensation + 5% commission on every paid subscriber you drive, paid once that subscriber has stayed active for a minimum of 3 months  + an additional flat 5% bonus every time you hit another 500-paid-subscriber milestone (500, 1,000, 1,500, and so on) 

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: We are a fast-growing property intelligence and investment technology company helping investors and overseas professionals identify potentially undervalued real estate opportunities. Our platform aggregates property and market data from multiple sources, turning complex information into actionable insights that help users make more informed investment decisions.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Growth Marketing & AI Specialist to take ownership of our organic growth and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.

This is a hands-on growth role, not simply a content scheduling or social media management position. You will be responsible for building communities, creating and distributing engaging content, leveraging AI tools to improve marketing workflows, testing growth strategies, and continuously optimizing campaigns to drive measurable subscriber growth.

The bigger picture: once we hit 2,000 subscribers in the Philippines, we launch in our next market, and the growth playbook (and opportunity) repeats. We have 18 countries lined up. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute organic social media and community growth strategies across relevant platforms.
• Build and grow engaged audiences on Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other channels.
• Create, repurpose, and optimize content using AI-assisted tools and efficient content workflows.
• Identify relevant online communities, conversations, trends, and opportunities to attract potential subscribers.
• Drive meaningful engagement through community participation, discussions, comments, and direct audience interaction.
• Develop and test organic and paid marketing campaigns to improve audience reach and subscriber acquisition.
• Monitor marketing performance, track subscriber growth, and identify which channels and strategies are delivering results.
• Experiment with new growth tactics, content formats, AI tools, and distribution channels.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, growth metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience growing an audience, online community, social media account, or digital product from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and community-based marketing.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with paid digital marketing and campaign optimization is an advantage.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and audience engagement skills.
• Highly self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
