About the Job

Manage a portfolio of around 30 clients and actively shape their growth strategy.

• You sit at the table with managing directors, drive things forward with commitment and handle demanding clients with confidence.

The Role

• Central point of contact - For around 30 clients, with biweekly meetings with managing directors and decision-makers.
• Strategy, not operations - GTM and performance marketing handle execution, the focus is on growth and retention.
• Berlin, 3+2 hybrid // around 30 accounts

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Hands-on Clay experience, i.e. has built own tables with enrichment, waterfalls and AI columns
• Proven track record from own outbound campaigns, backed by numbers such as reply rate, booked meetings or pipeline (from a job, internship or own projects)
• Business sense and analytical thinking, builds systems end to end instead of just operating tools
• Ownership and drive, works independently and needs little guidance

Should-Haves (Most should be met)

• First professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps or growth
• Defines target groups and qualifies leads based on signals
• Automates workflows with n8n, Make or Zapier
• Confident with AI tools and LLMs, e.g. prompting or Claygent
• Writes compelling, personalized outbound copy

Nice-to-Haves

• Claude Code or basic Python, JS or APIs
• Email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach (Zapmail, HeyReach)
• Experience with Pipedrive or other CRMs
• Startup, agency or consulting background
• Active in the GTM engineering community
