Who We Are
What You’ll Be Doing

Be the Group subject matter expert for Global Tax (Pillar Two, Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, DSTs, and crypto-specific taxes) and provide clear, timely, and strategic guidance to executive stakeholders and other departments on complex financial and tax-related issues.

Direct regional and cross-regional financial tax management systems, providing oversight of global tax compliance to ensure proper collection, controls, and reporting across 4+ financial management modules.

Lead enterprise engagements with tax authorities and tax consultants globally on group tax matters, and direct global tax controversy defense strategies.

Shape group policy and strategy in response to new global tax legislation (including crypto/digital economy developments), evaluate its group-wide implications, and brief executive leadership and the wider business as appropriate.

Be proactive in establishing the group tax risk matrix, identifying financial tax risks/opportunities, solving difficult non-predictable issues within finance and other departments, and developing actionable corporate strategies.

Spearhead group-wide tax initiatives, implementing best-in-class tax processes and SOPs while refining common team challenges into standardized solutions and promoting them internally.

Drive cross-regional implementation and governance of tax determination engines and automation tools for key group tax compliance reporting (Indirect Tax, CbCR, Pillar 2).
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or Taxation; Master’s in Tax, LL.M., or professional qualification (CPA, CA, CTA) strongly preferred.

At least 12–15+ years of relevant experience in international and group tax, with proven leadership within a multinational organization and/or Big 4.

Technically strong with deep group-level mastery across global tax regulations, with proven experience delivering results across 4+ financial management modules.

Experience leading global tax strategy and compliance in digital or financial services; crypto/fintech exposure is a strong plus.

Ability to solve difficult, complex financial and tax issues in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment, extending solution frameworks to non-finance departments.

Be proactive, strategic, and able to direct cross-regional financial systems independently.

Must demonstrate willingness to be hands-on, mentor teams, and promote standardized solution plans cross-functionally.

Proficiency in English as a working language and fluency in Mandarin, in order to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking executive stakeholders.
