Mission

The Group Lean HR Project Manager studies and builds the HR Service Center, delivering lean and professional HR services for the benefit of all One Network activities of Euromaster Group. The primary objective is to guarantee maximum operational efficiency by leveraging InTouch/Workday, while harmonizing practices across all subsidiaries.

The role will be deployed in two phases: operational excellence within the Learning scope (Phase 1), followed by the expansion of the shared services model to other HR domains (Phase 2). The objective is to leverage a maximum of synergies with Michelin’s Corporate Business Services (CBS) structure (benchmark of practices and competencies) and to define the most efficient and effective operating model to deploy these activities out of the Bucharest Headquarters.

Key Expected Achievements

Phase 1: Learning Scope (Administration & Steering)

• Management of Mandatory Training Campaigns (Group & Local):Create data collection templates and define communication workflows with countries to consolidate training lists, target audiences, and deployment schedules.Run Group and Local InTouch training campaigns for all countries, including regular checks and reminder workflows.
• Reporting & Data Analytics (Business Intelligence):Leverage data from InTouch Learn and 360Learning to build a powerful steering tool specifically designed to track Group-defined training priorities (such as SCM Training, SMR Training, and Safety modules).
• System Expertise & Support (Key User):Tools Specialist: Provide support to the L&D community on InTouch Learn (Workday) and the 360Learning LCMS.Catalog Management: Ensure high data quality within the training catalog (numbering standards, safety categories, structured descriptions).
• Learn to Cash:Initiate and operationalize the invoicing process for Franchisees who buy Learning modules.

Phase 2: Shared Services & Scope Expansion (Study & Deployment)

Benchmark Michelin’s CBS (Corporate Business Services) structure to identify HR activities eligible for centralized shared services across the following domains:

• Recruitment: Digitalization of all possible steps (relationship with candidates, pre-hiring, onboarding, contract administration, work permits) for fixed-term/permanent employees.
• HR Administration: Centralized management of all necessary personnel administration activities.
• Learning Logistics: Support the logistics organization of sessions in countries, tracking, and recovery of external funding (e.g., OPCO in France, FUNDAE in Spain).
• Target Deliverables:Activity Framework: A detailed list of potential shared activities mapped by country.Value Analysis: An estimation of the associated productivity and efficiency gains.Target Operating Model (TOM): Definition of the future operating structure and setup centralized in Bucharest.Deployment Roadmap: Scheduling the transfer of activities over the 2026–2027 period.

Candidate Profile

Professional & Technical Skills

• HRIS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Workday (InTouch); solid knowledge of 360Learning is highly desirable.
• Digital Data Visualization & Presentation: Ability to extract complex HR data and build executive BI dashboards.
• Transformation Approach: Ability to transform disparate country needs into standardized processes using a process-driven / Lean approach.
• Structure a Vision & Roadmap: Ability to help produce a "North Star" vision and define the strategic levers, stages, and milestones required to achieve the target operating model.
• Attention to Detail: High standards regarding HR data quality, hygiene, and compliance.
• Languages: English (C1) is mandatory for supporting all countries within the network. French is a strong advantage.
