• Internationale Erfahrung: Optional bietet Dir eine Station im Ausland zusätzliche Perspektiven auf internationale Finanzstrukturen.
• Persönliche Weiterentwicklung: Regelmäßige Feedback- und Entwicklungsdialoge, Mentoring sowie zielgerichtete Trainings begleiten Deinen Lernweg.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finanzumfeld.
• Analytische Denkweise und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Hohe Mobilität und Flexibilität.
