About the role
Now Hiring: Group Class Instructor
HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to motivate others, share your passion for fitness, and make an impact in a supportive worksite environment.
🕒 Schedule: Teach up to 10 classes per week

Minimum Requirements
Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
