What are we looking for? • Knowledge in HTML, Sass • Knowledge in Javascript, jQuery • Working across multiple geographic locations with key stakeholder groups • Collaborating with design teams in a variety of discipline s during day-to-day activities • Identifying solutions to match desired outcomes within required timelines, and delivering quickly • Contributing to our next generation digital assets • A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities: • The Interactive Graphic Design (IGD) team helps Accenture sales teams to elevate their proposals through a range of digital solutions. This includes video, customized websites, interactive prototypes, web presentations, immersive storytelling platforms. • As a Project Lead, you oversee the project lifecycle, working with web developers, project managers, & UI,UX designers to ensure smooth project delivery. • Your duties include: • Working closely with sales teams to establish requirements & define project scope • Managing project schedules & monitoring their progress • Communicating clearly to facilitate effective collaboration • Demonstrating flexibility to adapt solutions as required by clients • Experience managing junior team members, the ability to manage multiple projects at once & delegate responsibilities • Conceptualize original ideas for web design • Management of content modification requests with clients • Considerable professional experience working with web & graphic design • Creatively combine themes or branding while keeping visual consistency throughout a project • Strong eye for detail & can create content from inception to completion that meets the highest professional standard. • Extensive knowledge of latest trends & techniques in web design • Strong time management & organizational skills with the ability to multitask on various projects simultaneously • Strong communication & interpersonal skills that enable • Ability to collaborate closely with web designers & developers • Can do attitude, strong team player who can also work off their own initiative with limited guidance
