This temporary position is located at 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh - Wake County, with the Department of Health & Human Services.

 
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $40.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

The Grants Specialist is a core member of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Grant Operations unit, supporting the RHTP Operations Manager and serving as the lead for the Rural Health Innovation Fund’s (RHIF) risk‑assessment activities.

This position coordinates, reviews, evaluates, and audits for compliance, accuracy, and accountability across financial programs and business operations under the CMS Cooperative Agreement CMS RHT 26 001.
