Are you a graduate with a passion for technology, a natural curiosity for solving problems and the ambition to build a successful career in IT?

Grayce is recruiting Graduate Technical Support Analysts for an exciting opportunity in Bristol, supporting business-critical technology systems within a large-scale enterprise environment.

You'll join Grayce as a Technology Consultant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in IT service management, technical troubleshooting and stakeholder support, while building the foundations for a long-term career in technology consulting.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into the technology industry, develop practical technical skills and learn how technology supports the day-to-day operations of complex organisations.

Alongside your client experience, you'll benefit from Grayce's structured professional development, industry-recognised training and dedicated career support to help you grow your confidence, capability and career.

The opportunity

You'll work as part of a technical support team, helping to maintain the systems and services that keep an organisation running effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving technical incidents and service requests, developing your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing and prioritising requests through an IT service management platform such as Remedy.
  • Supporting users with system access, account management and technical queries.
  • Processing standard changes in line with established procedures and governance requirements.
  • Identifying when more complex issues need to be escalated and collaborating with technical specialists to resolve them.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support effective service delivery.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders and delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

You'll gain exposure to enterprise technology environments, established IT processes and the practical challenges involved in supporting business-critical systems.

What we're looking for

We're interested in graduates who demonstrate strong potential, a genuine interest in technology and the motivation to develop their skills.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in a STEM-related discipline or evidence of equivalent technical capability.
  • A genuine interest in IT, technology systems and technical problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to investigating issues.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

It would be great if you also have:

  • An understanding of ITIL principles or IT service management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory or user access management.
  • Exposure to PowerShell or other scripting technologies.
  • Experience using Remedy, ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.

Don't worry if you haven't worked with all these technologies before. We're looking for people with the right foundations, curiosity and willingness to learn.
