Job Description Summary

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Quote generation and follow up activities (coordinating with customer or sales team member by phone and/or email)
  • Data entry and enrichment to support installed base cleanup and database integrations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our GE business partners and their customers
  • Work with customer employees and management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and productivity
  • Inbound lead routing
  • Provide services to GE sales and service teams that enable them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality.
  • Provide well defined leads to sales representatives
  • Follow-up sales opportunities and support the work of Inside sales Team Leaders
  • Handle incoming customers-requests, and provide them with the necessary support
  • Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes
  • Understand and fulfil all regulations of the internal policies of the company
  • Other project support as needed

 

Required Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • A fulltime degree in engineering with a specialization in ECE/ Mech/Civil/Biomedical, from a AICTE approved or govt accredited university.
  • Candidate graduated or graduating in 2025 respectively, with an aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA. Applicants shouldn’t have any backlogs.
  • Proficient subject matter knowledge of Electronics and Electrical & Mech.
  • Willing to travel as assigned and / or attend the client service needs, under minimal supervision.

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Service focused.

 

After completing the one-year training program, candidates may be absorbed into the organization for suitable positions across India, based on business needs and their performance being good.
