Role Summary
Role SummarySpecializes is supporting and resolving customers encountering problems using company's products such as concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Reports new or recurring problems to design departments.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with R&D and System Test (ST) teams to identify and deliver solutions for customer-reported problems.
Drive technical discussions and solution implementation at customer sites.
Provide technical support for telecom cloud and packet core solutions.
Participate in deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
Flexibility to work in shifts (Morning /Noon shifts) when required.
Ability to thrive in a customer-facing and fast-paced technical environment.
Preferred Experience
Telecom Core Network, EPC, or Cloud Native Network Functions (CNF/VNF) support experience.
Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, and cloud-based telecom deployments.
Experience in customer support, operations, or technical services within telecom environments.
