Role Overview

After joining ERM, you will participate in training and on‑the‑job learning and gradually take on the following responsibilities:

・Environmental and social risk assessments (e.g., ESIA, EHS Due Diligence)

・Research and analytical support related to ESG and sustainability

・Data analysis and report preparation on topics such as natural environment, soil, climate, and energy

・Fieldwork (on‑site surveys)

・Preparing client‑facing materials and attending meetings

・Communication and coordination with team members and subject‑matter experts

Requirements (Must‑Have)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (obtained or expected) in one of the following fields:

・Sustainability, ESG, or SDG‑related areas

・Environmental science / environmental engineering, climate science, ecology

・Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering

・Architecture, civil engineering, geology

・Finance, financial engineering

Skills / Language

・Japanese: Native level

・English: Proficient for professional use

・Strong logical and analytical thinking

High learning agility and a continuous drive to take on challenges
