About this Go To Market (GTM) Operations Intern role at Red Hat
Red Hat is currently looking for Go To Market (GTM) Operations Analyst Intern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader global team.

The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. We can offer you professional development, social engagement and networking, performance and development, and meaningful work throughout your time at Red Hat.
What you will do:
- Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Develop a competitive analysis through researching competitive solutions and documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses.
- Assist to develop standard sales performance reports, support sales pipeline management
- Assist to provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, using both internal tools as well as approved AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts and models to optimize sales performance.
- Translate key findings into visualized presentations
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve tools, templates, and operational efficiency of GTM Operations
- Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
What you will bring:
- Full time student working towards Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting or related field from tertiary institution
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and logistical skills
- Passion and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
- Natural curiosity and proven interest in using data for storytelling
- Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
- Able to commit 6 months full time internship from January 2027, start date to be set based on university guidance
