Your Role at Cabot
Cabot is seeking a Global Talent Management Program Manager to help bring key talent, leadership development, and learning priorities to life across the organization. In this role, you will work across global, regional, and local teams to translate talent priorities into practical programs, resources, communications, and learning experiences that strengthen employee development, leadership capability, and consistent execution across Cabot.
How You Will Make an Impact
Lead talent programs (e.g. LinkedIn Learning and manufacturing training) from planning through implementation, coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders, communications, and ongoing program improvements.
Support program owners with coordination for key initiatives such as performance management, leadership and engineering development, culture and values workshops, DEI&I initiatives, commercial excellence development, and Workday Learning administration by organizing activities, tracking progress, preparing materials, and supporting execution across regions and stakeholder groups.
Create clear communications, training materials, implementation guidance, and transition support that make it easier for HR teams, managers, employees, and facilitators to take action.
Facilitate training programs and informational sessions, partnering with internal and external experts to deliver practical, high-quality learning experiences.
Work with HR and talent reports, data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and program insights to identify needs, monitor progress, address implementation challenges, and translate findings into practical, business-focused improvements.
What You Will Bring to Cabot
5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent management, leadership development, learning, organizational development, performance management, or related areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field preferred.
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to plan work, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, and deliver results across matrixed teams.
Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to create written materials, presentations, facilitation content, and stakeholder updates that are easy to understand and act on.
Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across global, regional, and local teams, balancing global consistency with practical implementation needs.
Analytical, customer-focused, and continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity and structure to use data, feedback, and experience to improve programs and stakeholder experience.
Experience with Workday, digital learning, HR technology, external learning providers, or multi-site/global program delivery is preferred.
You do not need to have experience in every program area, but you should bring curiosity, strong execution, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping people and teams grow.
Additional Details:
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
Temporary 1+ year contract with possibility of extension.
Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.
Health insurance from first day of work.
Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
Salary: 2700 - 3900 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
