About this Global SAP CATS Support role at Airbus

Responsibilities - your mission
The SAP User Support team is expanding with a primary focus on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) working times and tasks recording of the AIRBUS international user community.
The jobholder will be responsible for solving user requests on process and tools in a solution-oriented way of working. They will be responsible for keeping the master data up-to-date (CATS and Finance application related).
While the primary focus will be on SAP CATS support, the jobholder may be solicited on other Finance-related topics.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with people with different cultural background
- Strong customer-oriented attitude, always remaining friendly and respectful
- Good language skills: very good level in written and spoken English is mandatory; additional French, German or Spanish would be a plus
- Right mindset to be recognized for always acting responsive and accountable
- Team oriented work attitude enjoying an international work environment
- Knowledge of an application of shopfloor hours control and willingness to grow further into it
- Knowledge in Finance and/or SAP (FI/CO) and willingness to grow into technical aspects
