Depending on your experience and level, responsibilities may include:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into marketing processes, solution requirements and implementation approaches.
• Support or lead SFMC / Data Cloud / Personalization / Pardot / Salesforce Loyalty implementations.
• Conduct requirement-gathering and design workshops and prepare functional and solution documentation.
• Support or lead end-to-end marketing and campaign transformation programs, from strategy through implementation.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for campaign and customer-experience optimization.
• Define KPIs and support data-led marketing approaches including next-best action, attribution and campaign optimization.
• Identify marketing process gaps and redesign processes to address bottlenecks and pain points.
• Develop or support business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.
• At Manager level, lead delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, transformation roadmaps and small-to-mid-sized teams

Analyst

• 2+ years of experience/understanding of marketing campaigns.
• 1+ year hands-on functional consulting experience across SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot and/or Salesforce Loyalty.
• Exposure to requirements gathering, implementation support and marketing technology solutions.

Consultant

• 4+ years of experience in designing/managing marketing campaigns.
• 3+ years hands-on functional consulting experience across SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot and/or Salesforce Loyalty.
• Functional, industry and client-facing experience.
• Ability to independently support engagements and work across onshore/offshore teams.

Manager

• 9+ years of overall experience in designing/managing marketing campaigns.
• 4–5 years hands-on functional consulting experience across SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot and/or Salesforce Loyalty.
• Experience leading at least one large Salesforce marketing program end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead small/mid-sized teams.
