We are currently seeking a Global Digital Product Owner in Slovenia or in Gurgaon, India in an agile/ hybrid capacity.  

Where You’ll Make a Difference 

As part of our Intelligence & Digital Transformation team, you will lead the development and optimization of digital applications that enhance decision-making, productivity, and functional efficiency across the Taste business. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless user experiences and delivering innovative solutions that align with business needs. 

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, set deliverables, and define milestones for digital applications.  

• Standardize and enhance user experience (UX) across new and existing projects in collaboration with stakeholders.  

• Gather and analyze business requirements through documentation, interviews, and workshops with cross-functional teams.  

• Lead validation and testing of applications to ensure alignment with user expectations.  

• Prepare and execute communication plans to support application deployment and adoption.  

• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.  

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and IT developers to manage priorities and mitigate risks.  

• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of digital innovation.  

• Ensure compliance with IFF’s digital standards and best practices. 

What Makes You the Right Fit 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. 

• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. 

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Asana, and Confluence. 

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment. 

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the food and beverage ingredient or flavor industry. 

• Degree in Computer Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. 

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. 

How Would You Stand Out? 

• Knowledge of SAP and SFDC preferred; understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. 

• Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
