Description
GI Anesthesiologist opening with  same-day, multispecialty surgery center Cumberland Valley Surgery Center in Hagerstown, MD, surrounded by rolling farmland and wooded forests. Part-time welcome! It is the longest-serving facility of its type for the community. The center features two treatment rooms providing local/monitored anesthesia care, one operating room designed for procedures requiring general anesthesia, a preoperative area, and a post-anesthesia care area.

Salary: $425K (for part-time, will be prorated)

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hours). No call. No weekends.
• Pain management, orthopedic, general, dental/oral, gynecology, plastic and reconstructive, podiatry, and endoscopy

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hours). No call. No weekends.
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician

Cumberland Valley Surgery Center, $425K (for part-time, salary will be prorated)
