Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Growth Planning
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and growth strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities across patient journey, physician behavior, testing pathways, and treatment patterns.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing initiatives and field execution plans.
- Monitor business performance and recommend optimization actions.
2. Lead Brand Adoption & Earlier Use Acceleration
- Develop programs that reinforce LORBRENA as the preferred first-line standard of care for ALK-positive NSCLC.
- Drive physician adoption through evidence-based communication and patient-type-based engagement strategies.
- Support initiatives that accelerate earlier use among appropriate patients.
- Strengthen brand differentiation and competitive positioning through innovative marketing activities.
3. Standardize Care & Ecosystem Development
- Support initiatives that improve ALK testing and early diagnosis.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and External Partners to promote standardized lung cancer management pathways.
- Participate in the development of hospital ecosystem programs, including CPTC, MDT, referral networks, and patient management initiatives.
- Drive disease awareness and physician education programs aligned with brand strategy.
4. Customer Engagement & Scientific Marketing
- Develop scientifically grounded customer engagement campaigns.
- Partner with KOLs and academic leaders to strengthen scientific leadership.
- Design and implement educational programs, advisory meetings, speaker development initiatives, and congress-related activities.
- Generate meaningful customer insights to continuously refine brand strategy.
5. Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Access, Commercial Excellence, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and field execution.
- Facilitate effective project management and resource prioritization.
- Support One Pfizer collaboration across internal stakeholders.
6. Business Analytics & Insight Generation
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and treatment landscape evolution.
- Utilize internal and external data to evaluate brand performance.
- Monitor key KPIs, including:First-line market share Earlier-use adoption ALK testing penetration Hospital activation Customer engagement Brand awareness Share-of-voice Patient retention and treatment duration (DoT)
- Deliver actionable recommendations to drive continuous brand growth.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Oncology, or related disciplines.
- MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree is preferred.
Experience
- 3-8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Sales, or Commercial Excellence.
- Experience supporting innovative oncology products is highly preferred.
