About this GCC - Application Support Specialist role at Air Liquide

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As part of the digital transformation of Air Liquide Group's procurement processes, tools, procedures, and working methods are being harmonized and simplified to provide users with comprehensive and efficient tools. To support this transformation, the GCC Application Support Specialist will be responsible for business support and knowledge transfer. Their main mission will be to contribute to application development and upgrades, as well as training for users and suppliers.Local Solution Owner
- Single point of contact for local Administration
- Incident Management (Level 1& 3) & Alignment between tools (Vendor & Air Liquide)
- Data quality control
- Data cleansing
- User access Management
Application evolution support
- Train / upgrade self to be the SME of the Digital Procurement application
- Contribute to the definition of the tool process (Evolution)
- Liaise with technical teams (DDS & Procurement) during feasibility studies of new feature implementation
- Collaborate with business process owners and Digital Managers to define the evolution needs
- Execute testing of the application during various releases under group solution team coordination
- Communicate the functional and technical changes on the application to various stakeholders
- BulkUpload/BulkUpdate of Data
Knowledge Retention & Documentation
- Document all the system changes throughout the evolution of the application
- Responsible for documenting SOPs for existing and new workflows
- Prepare Gap analysis documents and maintain change history for new releases
- Responsible for developing digital promenade (self help) for each module
- Responsible for preparing tutorial videos and updating the training material
- Build knowledge repository (Faq's, DIY material, training videos etc) leveraging MPTC (my pass to change)
- Communicate new features/ functionalities to the user community
Training and Knowledge transfer
- Develop annual training plan in collaboration with all the stakeholders
- Organize and deliver regular training sessions for internal users while onboarding new resources
- Organize and deliver adhoc training sessions for target audience
- Organize and deliver training sessions whenever new functionalities/ features are introduced
- Building and maintaining a training dashboard

Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar domain from IT industry / GCC set up
- Tools Exposure - SAP ( Good to have)
- Strong Communication skills are must
- Understanding of Procurement processes
- Knowledge & Experience on data management (ETL)
- Proven ability to coordinate and work with large and diverse teams
- Strong Documentation skills - past experience in ability to develop workflows documenting functional/technical documentation and preparing/updating training materials
- Experience on any ticketing management tools
- Autonomy, Responsiveness, Digital mindset
- Fluent English
