The Team Leader for Acquisitions & Divestitures, Master Data Governance, and Joint Venture Master Data is responsible for leading a team that supports critical Upstream Finance master data processes.
This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data used across financial, operational, and reporting processes. The position provides leadership and oversight for A&D data activities, MDG workflows, and Joint Venture master data, while driving process standardization, operational excellence, internal control compliance, and continuous improvement.
The Team Leader partners closely with Business Units, Joint Venture Accounting, Property Accounting, Land, Controllers, Information Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The role is also responsible for coordinating master data activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, business integrations, ownership changes, and system transformations.

Manages the company's accounting services and processes. This Job Category includes accounting positions embedded in BUs, in Corporate Departments, and Financial Shared Services (FSS). (Note: FSS accounting leadership/managerial positions should not be mapped to this Job Category.)

Manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives. Direct reports are typically individual contributors.
