Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in air cargo, logistics, or gateway operations.
• Proven leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Sunrise Export and Import Operations to ensure smooth and timely operational execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high-performance standards.
• Monitor daily operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, airline partners, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper handling and processing of export and import shipments in line with service commitments and operational requirements.
• Monitor workload distribution, resource allocation, and staffing to ensure operational continuity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
• Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
• Prepare and communicate operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to management.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to support business objectives.
