$93,600.00 - $126,360.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadershipThe primary care network is seeking an individual with demonstrated clinical and leadership skills to join our team. The ANM will be located at Gates Medical Associates in Gates. Responsibilities include supporting current leadership in the operational oversight of the clinic, implementing/maintaining department initiatives, delivery of clinical care, maintaining standards of practice, evaluating current and assisting in creating new policies. The position includes shared clinical oversight of Ambulatory Technicians, LPNs and RNs.
Must model customer service excellence and have excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred and required within 5 years. 3 years Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
