Pay Range:
Starting base salary: $41,717+ for Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Starting base salary: $65,000+ for Teaching Certificate AND Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Compensation listed above is based on the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Salary Schedule. Candidates will be offered a salary using the education, credential and teaching certificate information provided on the schedule.

Requirements
- Georgia Certified Teacher preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
- Previous experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center is required.
- Passion for working with young children
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies
Teacher Responsibilities:
What’s it like to be a teacher at our school?
- Help implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre-K curriculum.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
