  • Partner closely with the Finance organization early in the process to align business models, assumptions, and ROI expectations before opportunities advance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that require collaboration across multiple lines of business to develop and execute (for example: new leasing models, credit card / financing product differentiation, and similar cross-LOB opportunities).
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment, structured initiative management, and cross-LOB execution coordination from concept through implementation.
  • Simplify processes and act as a guide/facilitator for business leaders' top strategic initiatives, tracking priorities across LOBs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for LOB leadership and Finance on new business strategy and execution matters.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance and the LOBs; represent the team's work and recommendations to executive audiences.
