As an Advance Funeral Planner, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much as possible about your clients.  Precoa’s field management provides you with organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed in a unique and growing industry.

About Us

For nearly four decades, Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home has been known across Michigan as the “Home of Caring.” Lawrence E. Moon and his wife, Valaria Conerly-Moon, founded the funeral home in Flint in 1987 with a simple goal: give the community a place where excellence is pursued every day. That commitment grew to Saginaw in 1997 and to Pontiac in 2006.

Today, more than 60 team members across the three locations carry that legacy forward. They live in the communities they serve and are active in local churches and civic organizations. The team believes no two lives are the same, so no two services should be either. Every family receives a tribute as unique as their loved one.

This is more than a funeral home. It’s a place where family leadership, community roots, and genuine care come together for every family in Pontiac and beyond.

Requirements

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments 
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
