As a Functional Analyst, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a primary focus on the Quote-to-Cash process. This role will support global commercial applications by translating business needs into scalable D365 Q2C solutions across quotation management, sales order processing, pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related integrations. You will partner with business and technology teams to design, configure, test, and implement solutions that improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and operational visibility, supporting New Balance’s growth as a top global athletic brand.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Partner with commercial, finance, supply chain, and technology stakeholders to define D365 Quote-to-Cash business requirements and process objectives.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for D365 F&O capabilities supporting sales quotations, sales orders, pricing, discounts, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Configure and support D365 Q2C processes to enable accurate quote creation, order conversion, fulfillment coordination, invoice generation, payment processing, and revenue-related controls.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integrations between D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Sales, third-party platforms, and downstream finance or reporting systems.
  • Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, data validation, and user acceptance testing for Quote-to-Cash enhancements and implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline Q2C workflows, reduce manual effort, improve process transparency, and strengthen controls across commercial and finance operations.
  • Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, training materials, and related project documentation.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing functional support to business users to promote effective adoption of D365 Q2C capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

•                5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably within Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Sales, Accounts Receivable, or related commercial finance processes.

•                Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional design, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication.

•                Completed at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation or major enhancement involving Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash functionality.

•                Solid understanding of D365 Q2C capabilities, including sales quotations, sales orders, pricing and discounts, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, credit and collections, and integration with Dynamics 365 Sales or Commerce.

•                Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
