Full Time Nanny (Nanny Share) – Marlboro Township, NJ

A family in Marlboro Township, NJ 07746 is seeking a reliable, engaging, and attentive full-time nanny to care for two 1-year-old children in a nanny share arrangement. The ideal caregiver will provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for both children to play, learn, and hit key developmental milestones. 

Schedule:

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 34 hours per week

Family Specifications:

• Pet-friendly home (includes a cat and a dog)
• Nanny share arrangement caring for two 1-year-old children (care will be provided for two children for 3 of the days and one child for 2 of the days during the week)
• Values a caregiver who promotes engaging play and maintains consistent feeding and nap schedules

Responsibilities:

• Primary daily care and supervision for two 1-year-olds
• Facilitating age-appropriate play, outdoor time, and developmental activities
• Meal preparation and feeding for both children
• Managing nap times and sleep routines
• Keeping child care and play areas clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:

• Proven experience caring for infants or young toddlers
• Ability to manage the needs of two young children simultaneously in a nanny share setting
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled shifts

Preferred:

• Multilingual candidates (English fluency required; additional language skills are a strong plus)

Compensation:

• $30-32/hour (commensurate with experience)
