Medical Social Worker
Full Time
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with on call rotation
Covering Locations: all of southern Ohio

We are seeking a Social Worker who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Qualified candidates for this position offer:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. LSW in good standing.
- Experience: Preferred minimum of two (2) years in varied multi-disciplinary settings in the health care field with experience working with clients and family counseling; however, requires one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
