Virtua Medical Group in South Jersey has a need to add a full-time Anesthesiologist to our team to cover Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ. This is our tertiary care center, and we are seeking a general anesthesiologist to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Anesthesiologist.
• Strong interest in tertiary and complex inpatient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

As a member of our anesthesia team, you'll be part of Virtua Medical Group (VMG)—a large, clinician-led organization with over 1,800 clinicians and growing. We offer comprehensive benefits, including loan forgiveness, paid malpractice, generous vacation time, a CME stipend, and a competitive compensation package.

The starting salary for this position is: $505,000.00.

The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
