Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions. Your work supports clients by delivering innovative and efficient technological solutions, often incorporating the latest advancements and adopting a cloud-first approach. Collaboration and adaptability are key as you navigate agile workflows to address complex business challenges and contribute to continuous improvement within the project environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to work within agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
