BloomNation helps thousands of local florists compete with national order-gatherers. We're hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive who owns every step of the deal. We assign you a book of florist shop owners. You call them, book the consultations yourself, run them, and close. You don't spend time building lists, and nobody hands off your deals. It's your phone, your calendar and your number. Commission is uncapped.

This role suits someone who loves the call volume of outbound and the payoff of closing. Cycles are short, feedback is fast, and the leaderboard updates every day.

We're looking for someone for whom hitting the number is simply how they operate. We value the rep who delivers month after month and gets a little better every quarter more than the rep with one record month and a quiet one after it. Consistency is how you win here.

What you'll own

• Working your assigned book of florist owners across the US and Canada (excluding Quebec) by phone, email and Revenue.io cadences to book consultations
• Ramping to 15+ consultations held a month by your third month, all booked yourself from your assigned contacts
• Running consultations with business owners: discovery, showing the platform, handling objections, structuring and closing the deal
• Hitting and beating monthly new-ARR targets, which step up through ramp and are then set each month against our company plan
• Keeping Salesforce, Revenue.io and Chili Piper accurate so every contact is worked until it ends in a close or a clear no
• Handing deals cleanly to Implementation so what you promised is what the florist gets at launch
• Sharing what's working in openers, objections and competitive deals with the team and the Sales Director

What we need to see

• 2+ years in a full-cycle or closing role that included outbound prospecting
• A record of booking your own meetings through cold outreach, not only working meetings someone else set
• A record of steady, repeatable quota attainment you can prove: % attainment by year, the number of months you hit target, and your rank on the team
• Experience selling to small-business owners in short sales cycles
• High daily call volume without losing call quality
• Disciplined follow-up: no contact goes cold through neglect
• Coachability: you take feedback today and use it on the next call
• Bonus: experience with a sales dialer or engagement platform (Revenue.io, Outreach, SalesLoft or similar)
• Bonus: Spanish or another language, or experience in floral, local retail or SMB SaaS

Your first 90 days and beyond

A structured ramp with revenue targets that step up each month. Across the first three months you'll hold 30 consultations, close 9 deals and book $30,000 in new ARR. By month three you'll be holding 15+ consultations a month that you booked yourself. Once ramped, the target is a 35% win rate on consultations held, and it's normal for your rate to rise through ramp as you learn the product and our sales process.
