For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Front Office Trainee to join our team in Corfu.

The Role

As a Front Office Trainee, you will support daily reception operations while gaining practical experience in guest service, check-in and check-out procedures, and the professional handling of guest enquiries.

Great front office service is built on professionalism, organisation and genuine care for every guest.

Here's what a typical day in Front Office could look like:

•        You assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.

•        You respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities, services and local attractions.

•        You support the professional handling and resolution of guest complaints and issues.

•        You maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.

•        You support additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.
