Job Description:

The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Free Goods & Samples Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Interfacing with supervisor of assigned department to maintain smooth operation and acting as supervisor when needed.

• Interacting, coordinating, and communicating with the CSR groups, sales operations, IT, or other department leads as needed. 

• Responsible for workflow of group, including pulling orders and ensuring supplies are available to conduct operations.

• Training/assisting personnel in process and systems.

• Generating and verifying department paperwork (e.g., productivity reports, schedule attainment charts). 

• Monitoring department and individual productivity and safety standards.

• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse role

“Nice to Have” Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
