This position reports to:
Functional Cost Finance Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
Introduction
The Finance Planning & Analysis ZC finance team has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations to meet internal and external requitements
Provide finance service to ABB service functions
Responsible for CNCMX company finance
The work model for he role is: {onsite}
This role is contributing to the {FP&A ZC Finance} in {Xiamen China}. Main stakeholders are {ELBA}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Calculate ABB service charge on monthly basis, issue DN accordingly
- Prepare general entry in month closing, including but not limit to verify data, collect supporting documents, confirm GL accounts
- Prepare balance sheet analysis package, follow up long age items
- Support budget and forecast process
- Other ad-hoc tasks required by Hub controller
