About this FP&A Manager role at RELX
主な業務内容
- 月次管理会計の管理および、経営層向けの業績分析・レポートの作成を通じて、事業パフォーマンス向上を支援する
- ファイナンス・ビジネスパートナーとして事業部門マネージャーと連携し、非財務部門から財務情報を引き出してコスト分析や予算管理の改善を行う
- 年次予算および四半期ごとの業績予測の作成
- 計画立案、支出管理、予測、レポート作成など、財務計画・分析（FP&A）全般の管理・監督
- 各事業部門と連携し、今後数年間の収益および費用の予測を行う
- 法令および社内ポリシー違反を防止・対応するための統制システムの構築および監督
- 統制の有効性を評価し、継続的な改善を行う
- 手順やレポート等を定期的に見直し、潜在的なリスクや不適合事項を特定する

【採用要件】
必須
- 学士号（BA/BS）
- CPA等の財務関連資格
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英語ビジネスレベル
- FP&A経験5年以上
- マネージメント経験
